Data provided for bookings or requests (via the booking engine, phone, WhatsApp or email) is processed only to manage your stay and requests, in accordance with EU Reg. 2016/679 (GDPR). Online bookings are handled by the SimpleBooking engine, acting as an independent data controller for booking data.
Newsletter subscription is optional, requires explicit consent and is confirmed with double opt-in: your email address is processed by the TrovaMi platform on behalf of the controller solely to send the communications you requested, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
